Receive your refund

As soon as we have received the returned merchandise, we will gladly refund you the remaining purchase price of the product, should this transaction incurr a courier charge. We will charge the relevant amount towards the return courier fees and refund the remaining purchase price in a payment method equivalent to the method used for purchase.
